Personalized item sales including heat pressed hats and personalized charm pins are final sales - no refunds or returns are accepted

If you have a concern about our products, you can contact us at patchedpopup@gmail.com. Please note that personalized items are non refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No Exchanges - we do our best to ensure happy customers at the point of sale. If for any reason you're unhappy with your item inform us at the point of sale. 

No Refunds  - we appreciate your business and will work with any customer that expresses concern with our products to the best of our ability.
